Hello! What a lovely spring we've had so far... No wait that was just the month of January! February started with a few snowy days filled with lots of sewing and cuddling in where it's warm. Today the sun is back out and it's back to thoughts of Spring. This newsletter is PACKED full so if you need some inspiration and ideas- keep reading! I've filled our calender full of classes and events that will be sure to get your creative juices flowing.
Blocks of the Month:

Secret Garden Sampler Block of the Month- Patterns have arrived and the fabric is not far behind. We will be cutting kits then preparing for block pickup and instructional assistance. Please register here for your spot. Secret Garden Sampler coming Spring 2024

Upcoming Classes/Events:
Fiesta Friday- Join us quarterly for a yummy festive meal and a fun quilt-as-you-go project. This Friday, February 9th we will be making a cute zippy project bag. Available kits have 4 color zipper options: Red, Black, Gray or Navy. Sign up HERE
- Mini Retreats: Come join us for a weekend each month to work on projects, learn new things, and hang out with a great group of ladies! - Stash Pot Pie- Join us on the third Tuesday of each month for a fun and different project that will use your stash and of course Pie!! Sign up here to reserve your spot February 20th Supply list will be emailed to you upon registration.
- T-Shirt Quilt Class- March 22-23, 2023
- Marty will walk with you through the process of building your own unique T Shirt Quilt. There will be a book to purchase for the class. Bring your t-shirts (the more the better) and your sewing machine and you will be well on your way! Sign up HERE
- Artist in You Class by Sue Olsen Two Consecutive Saturdays: May 18 and 25
- You will making a unique wall hanging from an original photograph of your choosing. If there are still open spots, sign ups will close on April 15th Cost: $125 + supplies Sign up HERE
Paper Piecing Class- Want to learn or need a refresher in paper peicing? We have lots of projects to choose from or bring your own. Join us Saturday, February 24th to learn the basics and lots of tricks and tips to be successful in paper piecing. Sign Up

These Winsome Critters fabrics are such a cute line for babies.
 
From In the Beginning- the 50 States fabrics are a wonderful collections of all 50 states. This 13 1/2" square pack is a great size for many patterns. We also have a cute fabric with all states.
 
Humminbird Floral is a lovely watercolor line of soft birds, florals and blenders from Susan Winget. We are happy to provide a free pattern with purchase of the fabrics.
 
Sunflower Bouquet are beautiful bright blues and yellows!
We used these whimsical fabrics in our new Fourteen Squared kit with pattern.  
We got in a great new line of Valentine fabrics in sweet small prints.

Machine Corner: Have you cleaned out your bobbin case lately? Often there is lint collecting under the bobbin case which will push up the bobbin case and cause irregular stitching. We recommend using a pipe cleaner to get all the fuzzies out inbetween your service appointments.

Machine Service and Repairs:
Our sewing machine expert's service schedule is full for February and March. We are now filling April and May service appointments. Walk-in machines require prepayment. We are able to service and repair all makes and models of machines: Embroidery, Sewing and Sergers. Please call us at 406-586-6097 to get a reservation for your machine.
Birthday Club Reminder: Stop in to pick up your fabrics. If you need block ideas, let us know! I am going to work on one block a week... cuz the time to turn in blocks will be coming faster than I know- it sneaks up on me every year. Blocks in prior to the October deadline.
