MSQCo News- February March 2022
Hello Friends- We have been glad for the new snow fall this week so we have a fresh layer of lovely white. As nice as the freshness is... we are ready to use bright colors and work on some gorgeous spring projects. We've got two quilts at the quilter and another ready to go... We've been working to bring you new projects to brighten up your winter. We'd love to see what you are working on, too. CLASSES:
Virtual Mystery Quilt Class: March 11-13
We would love to have you join us on March 11-13 for our Virtual Mystery Weekend. Gwen will be hosting this virtual mystery that takes on a more traditional look. If you start with a great focus fabric and build your color palette from there- you will not be disappointed with this lovely quilt. Let us help you pick your colors- If you are from out of town, you can give us a call and we will help you over the phone! This mystery is great for all ages and we will be walking through each of the steps together. There are no major difficult parts to this class. Your registration includes the class and a mystery box of treats! Foundational Learning Class 101- Quilting Basics- Runner 2022: This is a good class for those wanting the basics of quilting or a refresher course for quilting basics. This five week class will help you complete a runner while learning basic quilting blocks and terminology. Sign up here and find the class supply list there. Starts March 1st and runs for 5 consecutive weeks.
Collage Class with Leslie McNeil- May 7, 2022
Let Leslie teach you how to use her tips and tricks for creating a lovely collage. Her patterns are available in our store or you can bring one you've already purchased. Birthday Club: We have started the 2022 Birthday Club and I already have heard of gals who are half way completed with their blocks! You all are Rock Stars! In past years, we had participants from as far away as Hawaii, South Dakota, Florida, and Georgia! Curves Don't Scare Me! Class - April 2nd

T- Shirt Class with Marty Sanders- March 25-26
Just in time for those graduation gifts that you are wanting to make. Graduates and loved ones of all ages love these soft and cozy memory quilts. Marty will guide you through the puzzle that is the T-Shirt making process and show you how really easy it is to work with the T-Shirts. Jelly Roll Rug Class- April 5th
Learn tips and tricks to make this lovely rug with 2 1/2" strips. We will have an AM and PM class. Please specify which you will be interested in at the time of sign up. There will be work ahead of time, please sign up early so you can get your part completed prior to class. Rug Class Sign Up
Wool Applique Pin Cushions Class- March 4th
Susan will teach you the basics of wool applique in making these adorable pin cushions. It's never to early to get started on gifts for Christmas or make a lovely hostess gift. Kits for class will be available. Sign up HERE
Quilted Trivet Class-April 1st

Main Street Quilting Company Classroom Policy:
Our classroom space is reserved for paid classes, private lessons or retreat attendees only. Nursing infants-in-arms only would be our only exception.
We want to respect your time and we expect to start classes on time. For this reason, we will have the classroom open 20 minutes prior to class start and you are welcome to get settled then. If an evening class, we will be locking our store doors 5 minutes prior to the start of class so we can all start on time. Please make proper accommodations to honor that schedule.

Call ASAP to get on the reservation list and we will be able to let you know at that time what date he is booking out. For walk in-machines with out reservations, we do require prepayment.
