February News 2020 from MSQCo

What a whirlwind these last few months have been, between Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years then the Year End and New Year stuff- time sure flies. I'm still wrapping my head around the fact that it's 2020 and we are not driving flying cars and floating through the air like the Jetson's cartoon I watched as a kid. Frankly, I'm a little disappointed with the not flying thing... in all reality if you know me, I am safer on the ground (maybe).

Dustin and I just returned from a quick week over in Nimes, France. While this trip is was for his work, I am thankful he lets me tag along. To earn my keep,  I help at the tournament booth but really I mostly just eat the pain au chocolat, drink espresso and try to use my very limited French words correctly. In the down time, our walks took us through the historic district and I kept seeing adorable little hand crank sewing machines... It was fun to see what the sewing options are or have been from other parts of the world. I now understand why we have so many people from all over the world get wide eyed in our store. How lucky we are to have so many opportunities to sew and create.

This Spring at Main Street Quilting Company, we are preparing for a new round of classes! Read on to see just a taste of what is happening here... Be sure to check out the website and the board by our front door for more of what's going on.
