*Rotary cutter 45mm or 60mm *Good quality thread (we like Aurfil or Masterpiece)
*Small Scissors *Seam ripper
*June Tailor 12” graph paper (Graph It) *Colored pencils or crayons, regular pencil with eraser
*Flying Geese x4 Ruler
*12 1/2" square Ruler
*6”x24” ruler with 1/8” markings
*Wing Clipper Ruler
*Tucker Trimmer I
For Home:
*18”x 24” or larger cutting mat
YARDAGE REQUIREMENTS FOR SAMPLER QUILT
2 ½ yards focus fabric
1 3/4 yards background fabric
1/3 yard to 1/2 yard of 8-10 different fabrics that blend or contrast with the focus fabric
1 yard for sashing -- you can get this fabric later when most of your blocks are completed
2/3 yard binding fabric
1/3 yard for zinger fabric (small inner border)
